Setting up your Orders Configurations

Overview

This article will outline how you can control the way your venue behaves in the app. To access this section go to admin.boppl.me, click 'Profile' and then navigate to the ORDER SETUP tab. 

                                                                                                                                                                   

Order Types in Boppl

You can decide what types of orders your customers can send. 

Collection / Takeaway Standard collection order for pick up ASAP
Scheduled Orders

Collection order with a pick up time provided by customer. 

When enabled, you can set a 'Default Time Interval' which is the number of minutes between the "suggested" collection times the customer will see in-app. We suggest using 10 or 15 minutes. 

Table Service

Customer enters table number, venue staff deliver to table. 

When enabled, you can set a minimum order value for this order type to be selected by the customer in-app. 

Delivery Service

Customer enters address, venue staff deliver to address.
