This section will describe how to call customers to the bar if they need to be spoken to regarding their order. The customer can be called at any point in the order process including after collection.
- To call a customer to the bar to speak about their order during the order and collection process, press the ticket for the customer you wish to talk too.
- An extra section will appear in the ticket showing two buttons, "Refund" and "Call Customer"
- Press the Call customer button
- The customer will now have received a message to come to the bar, watch out for them!
Calling the customer after an order has been closed will be covered in the reviewing and finished orders section.
